About Me

Hi, I’m Alina, a 500h Yoga Alliance certified teacher, trained in Bali and India with a focus on Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

I found yoga at a time when I was missing an anchor – a place of stillness within all the noise. The mat became my safe space, where I reconnect with myself and find balance.

At the same time, I’ve always loved active forms of movement like HIIT, Pilates, functional strength, running and hiking. My flows are inspired by both worlds: the grounding stillness of yoga and the dynamic energy of athletic training.

In my classes, strength, flexibility and mindfulness merge with intuitive, creative movement. I want to create a safe space where you can move freely – without pressure, only presence. Each practice is an invitation to listen to your body, honor your daily form and discover your true potential.
